The best decision we made
Hiring Chase as our agent was by far the best decision we made during our house hunting process. Without his diligence and expertise, we wouldn’t have had a chance on getting our offer accepted and closing on our dream home in 3 weeks, especially in today’s competitive market.
During the house hunting process Chase was genuinely interested in finding us the perfect home. He not only set us up in the MLS, but would look through the inventory of places and send us personal emails anytime something came on the market that he thought would be of interest. Before we arrived at each viewing, he had already contacted the selling agent and collected as much information as possible on each property. He would objectively inform us about any issues he was aware of and let us take our time looking through each property. He was never pushy, and always very encouraging that we would find the perfect home for us.
When we finally found a home that both my husband and I loved, Chase worked around the clock to get our offer submitted and was on the phone with the selling agent to find out what needed to happen to get our offer accepted. He was super responsive to any and all questions we had during the entire process, and again never pressured us to do anything outside of our comfort zone.
Chase is everything that you could ever ask for in an agent, he is incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, patient and kind. He made buying our first home as stress-free as it could be, and even after closing he is helping us to get settled in our new home. I could not recommend him more highly, he is truly the best of the best.
